Personal History- Built his first deck when he was 12 by 2004 he was dueling people in his neighborhood. This same year he taught his friend to duel even "trained" him for 2 and a half months. Then after 3 years had passed(2007) dueling, Gary was reported missing. It was almost 4 years later(2011) before he came home wearing the same set of clothes he had last been seen in. However he didn't stay shortly after being home he started traveling this lead to duels and seeing academies around the world. Once at his first Academy UDA, another year passes and the Academy closes which got him traveling again. Months later Gary ends up going to see Maximillion J. Pegasus to fund a new Academy once succeeding he went to build a new Academy called Phoenix after the idea that the Academy will be built anew using the fallen UDA and its members to rebuild.

Personal History- Has known Gary since 2002, in 2004 he was walking out of a store as Gary was walking in that was then he first learned about Duel Monsters. The Summer of 2004 he asked Gary to teach him and after that they dueled for 3 years(2007). Sometime in the early part of the year while it was still cold Andy decided to quit dueling. However about a 2 weeks later he got a call from Gary saying he had a card he thought would "get him to duel again". Gary then said he was on his way since they only lived 5 minutes away but Gary never showed. Almost 4 years passed(2011) and Andy went about his life then one day out of nowhere Gary came back wearing an old Beige Trench coat and a Green tee shirt with Blue jeans. Since that time Andy has semi- traveled with Gary even worked at UDA as a janitor in its final few months. And when Gary went to Maximillion J. Pegasus for the funding for The Phoenix he even agreed to work there.

For 9 years he traveled around Europe(2006) till he vanished for 5 years(2011), however within this time he manged to meet Gary(who at the time was reported missing). But to this day nether is willing to tell anyone where they were or what happened. Once back though he decided to go though on a unknown deal leaving him to work at The Phoenix Duel Academy.

Personal History- First got into College at 14. His first Medical degree at 20 and a Masters in Neurosurgery at 22. In the early 80's he was part of a story in a local Newspaper celebrating his work. In the mid 80's he started working at a Hospital in Ohio. From here the info on him is sketchy until 2012 when Gary asked him to work at an Academy he was thinking of making. The doctor who at the time was a year before retiring said he'd think about it(seeing as he thought quitting would be a "waste of his talent"). Then a year later(2013) Gary went to Doctor Culp's home(who at this point has retired) and again offered him a job. To which the Doctor accepted. The full relationship between Doctor Culp and Gary has yet to be explained except to Andy but he has yet to say a thing about it. Although it is clear both share a great deal of respect and understanding for each other(which is extremely odd for Doctor Culp to say the least). Doctor Culp now serves as a Full time Medical Expert for Phoenix Island and has been noted though he doesn't duel personally(he only plays Chess) he does know the rules. His room is in a back room off of the Doctor's Office.
