    As many may know DN(Duelingnetwork.com) and Yu-Gi-Oh PRO have been ether blocked or shut down for Legal reasons(Shut down for DN and Blocked for PRO). However in the Spirit of the game it has been decided that the use of DEVPRO ONLY will be for all future tournaments for the following reasons- 1. unlike DAWN it can block viewers(Great for Tournys) and 2. A legal party hasn't put it on Lockdown.
