    3rd Times The Charm Championship

    So 3 years ago Feb 14th(2/14/13) I was house/ dog sitting for my brother and as I always do at night I was in thought...  in this case about my friends at UDA wanting to fix said problem I created Phoenix Duel Academy in hopes like a Phoenix we would rise again.

    Once again I host a Tourny in Honor of our B- Day Classic rules apply-

    - No Meta( http://phoenixdueling.forumotion.com/t369-phoenix-duel-academy-2016-meta-list#10583 )

    - No Anti Meta( http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Anti-Meta ), OTK, FTK, Anti- Heal, Swarm

    - Advanced Match format(siding allowed)

    - Only 1 deck per entire Tourny

    - Post a screen shot of victory

    - If a Duelist Disconnects twice in a single match they automatically lose said round

    - No Pendulum Summons

    *The term Swarm for the sake of the Academy means the ability to summon 4 or more monsters in a single turn

    Times you can duel-

    Deck Name- Cosmic Balance
    Time Zone- Eastern U.S.

    I'm pretty sure one of the issues that came up in an earlier tournament was about deck names.  I think we should make a rule that you only have to list a deck name if you want to.
