The sky was perfect for the hunt. Dark clouds crackled with lightning, seeking a victim to unleash its raw power. A large figure flew through the turbulent winds, reveling in the might of the storm. Flapping its great wings, the creature headed towards the greatest concentration of lightning. Entering the cloudbank, the dragon drew in the primal forces of nature, becoming one with the immense power. He descended while channeling the essence of destruction, hunting for his prey.
Wattaildragon spied a brief flash below him. The thunder dragon glided lower to discern the nature of the unnatural light. Focusing with the eyes of a predator, the beast saw a metal, oblong something scuttling towards a cave. Recalling the local wildlife, Wattaildragon knew it was a Metal Armored Bug. Grinning wickedly, the dragon tucked in his wings and dived straight for the iron insect. There was a resounding impact, blinding the eyes of all nearby.
When the light faded, Wattaildragon laughed with glee. His Volt Tack– wait, that name was already taken, and by a measly rodent no less. His all-powerful Thunder Dive had perfectly separated and stacked all of the metal plates attached to the bug’s body, as well as deep-frying the huge insect a nice golden brown. Wattaildragon preferred his grubs crunchy, not slimy. Satisfied with the hunt, the mighty beast ripped into his food.
Having filled his appetite, The Dragon of Watts rapidly beat his wings and ascended. Upon reaching a natural air current, he stopped spending energy and simply glided to the west. Switching between thermals when appropriate, the blue-scaled being arrived at his humble abode, the Wattcastle.
Surrendering to his whim, Wattaildragon silently flew to the northern tower and landed. He stood on his hind legs and, extending the claws on his front legs, began climbing the tower in a sinister spiral. Reaching his goal, the ferocious dragon swiftly shoved his head in the window and roared. The resident of the tower screamed in a fit of absolute terror. Chuckling, the prankster flew away, leaving behind a very annoyed hydra.
Thunder rippling across his chest, Wattaildragon used electricity to increase the speed of his flight. In three seconds, he arrived at the central tower of the castle. Suddenly, he realized that he let the power flow slightly too long. Swiftly realizing his error, the Watt swiftly turned at a ninety degree angle, straight up, to avoid slamming into his door. Amused at his own eagerness to arrive at his room, the dragon shook his head, laughing at himself. He turned off the electric flow, descended, and entered his room.
Most dragons enjoy hoarding treasure to admire and use a priceless bed. This particular one preferred to use random electrical appliances instead. Settling on some comfortably arranged fridges and computers, Wattaildragon yawned, glad to be over with his strenuous day. Laying his head in a roomy dishwasher, he drifted off to sleep.

He felt a pang of fear. The nightmare was returning. He was being called. However, this was no nightmare. It was real. There was a strong pull on his stomach, and then Wattaildragon disappeared, cursing his enemies.
